How You Will Make An Impact
- Supervise and lead masonry crews on commercial job sites to ensure high‑quality project delivery.
- Interpret complex blueprints, plans, and technical specifications to maintain precision in masonry installations.
- Coordinate daily job activities and production schedules to meet strict project timelines.




- Execute project documentation and reporting through Procore to ensure seamless communication with management.
- Train and mentor crew members to foster a culture of professional growth and teamwork.
- Enforce strict compliance with safety standards to maintain a secure and professional job‑site environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience specifically within the commercial masonry field.
- Proven ability to read and understand complex blueprints and construction plans.
- Demonstrated proficiency using Procore for project management and communication.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Dedicated commitment to employee development, teamwork, and company success.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated history of taking ownership of project outcom
