We're partnering with a leading North American Microsoft consulting organization to hire an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Solution Architect.
About the Role
This is a client-facing leadership role responsible for designing and delivering enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Please note: This is a Solution Architect role—not a developer position.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) projects.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions.
- Facilitate discovery workshops and gather business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical solution designs.
- Define architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
- Guide development teams and review technical designs.




- Design Azure integration architectures using Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management, and REST APIs.
- Define data migration, integration, and environment strategies.
- Establish ALM and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps.
- Participate in solution estimation, technical proposals, and implementation planning.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect on enterprise-scale implementations.
- Strong consulting and client-facing experience.
- Experience leading technical teams and architecture decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work during EST or CST business hours.
