Lead the TELUS Health LATAM Business Development team in the execution of an ambitious growth strategy across Latin America. This role will be key to continuing and scaling the company's expansion in the region, with a strong focus on sustainable growth and the continuous improvement of sales methodologies.
What You'll Do
- Lead the LATAM Business Development team, with a strong focus on ongoing mentoring and coaching, ensuring team performance and development, as well as the successful implementation of TELUS' sales methodology and B2B sales best practices.




- Scale the team to achieve TELUS LATAM's strategic growth objectives by recruiting and ensuring the successful onboarding of new team members.
- Develop commercial strategies and tactics according to the needs of each segment and market.
- Implement high-potentials cross-selling and expansion initiatives, leveraging TELUS Health's client portfolio and other TELUS business verticals across Latin America.
- Oversee and drive the optimization of lead generation processes, working closely with the Marketing team to ensure quality and volume objectives for generated leads are met, acting as Marketing's internal client for these key deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with different areas of the organization (Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance) to deliver solutions tailored to the needs of each Latin American market, as well as collaborate with other TELUS teams globally.
