Role Overview





The Recruiting Coordinator / Recruiting Operations Specialist serves as the operational backbone of the talent acquisition function for a client engagement. This person ensures that interview scheduling runs smoothly, feedback loops close on time, and all stakeholders — internal recruiters, hiring managers, and external vendor partners — stay aligned throughout the hiring process. This is a high-touch, high-volume coordination role that requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the energy to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously across time zones.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple hiring managers, interviewers, and time zones, ensuring calendar alignment and timely confirmations.
- Coordinate and track interviewer feedback collection, following up with hiring teams to ensure evaluations are submitted within established SLAs.
