Responsibilities
- Serve as a change agent, leading agile and organizational transformation initiatives
- Support teams and leaders in adopting new ways of working to improve delivery effectiveness
- Influence stakeholders across multiple organizational levels, including managers and senior leadership
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, workflows, and overall team effectiveness
- Participate in incident management activities, problem-solving discussions, and operational improvement initiatives
- Analyze metrics and performance indicators to identify opportunities for optimization
- Promote collaboration between people, processes, and AI-enabled capabilities

Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years in Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator roles
- At least 1 year of experience leading a team of 40 or more employees
- At least 8 full-cycle project participation experiences,



or involvement in several projects covering different phases of the development lifecycle
- Strong experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
- Proven track record of driving organizational change and transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with continuous improvement practices and incident management
- Understanding of SDLC and software delivery environments
- Ability to work effectively in fast-changing and ambiguous environments
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 or higher), with the ability to clearly and effectively explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Nice to have Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, AI Agents, or AI-enabled productivity tools
- Experience with Lean methodologies and continuous service improvement practices
- Agile certifications
- Familiarity with ITIL Continual Service Improvement
