Summary
The Project Information Coordinator (PIC) / BIM Coordinator is responsible for the design environment in terms of establishing federation and other requirements to meet all stakeholder needs, ensuring setup and testing, monitoring, and compliance to the needs of the project. These activities are vital to ensure that the design environment can deliver data rich information models that meet the needs for federated review and clash avoidance, information exchange, handover, and archiving.
