Makai Labs is seeking a Talent Sourcer on a contract basis to build and deliver qualified candidate pipelines across engineering, AI, and product roles. This is a pure sourcing role with no screening or negotiating duties; you will work remotely, offshore-only, and hand candidates off to recruiters.
You will leverage Ashby and Juicebox to search, build Boolean/X-Ray strings across LinkedIn and GitHub, and maintain pipeline hygiene.
