You will drive profitable growth, lead a high-performing team, oversee business operations, strengthen customer relationships, and execute the company's strategic objectives while ensuring operational excellence and long-term market success.
Job Description
- Leading the Sales and Service Subsidiary operations in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay from the, Buenos Aires office, overseeing a team of currently 26 employees
- Developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies aligned with company objectives
- Maintaining continuous communication and collaboration with the Americas Regional Director and the Global Headquarters
- Implementing and monitoring relevant processes to ensure operational excellence
- Identifying and capitalizing new market opportunities
- Continuous improvement of sales and service activities
- Planning and controlling annual sales and cost budgets




- Providing strong leadership and fostering the professional development of the team
- Ensuring compliance with company processes, policies, and regulations

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Sales Director, preferably in the instrumentation/process industry
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Physics, or a related field. An additional degree in Economics is advantageous
- Extensive experience in B2B sales management
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and oral
- In-depth understanding of sales and service management processes
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute result-oriented sales strategies
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Profound knowledge of the Argentinean market
