Senior App & Platform Engineer — Contract-to-Hire, reporting directly to the COO.
Architect a multi-project, multi-cloud platform spanning video, broadcast technology, e-commerce, and 3D applications for international football — built multilingual and multi-tenant by design.

On the video and broadcast side, the data itself is the hard part: video, event data, skeletal (pose) tracking, 3D mesh, and the chronological syncing that holds it all together in time. AI is core to where this platform is headed — machine vision runs against the video we ingest, and what it produces flows downstream into consumer APIs, business APIs, dashboards, agentic workflows, and RAG systems, including research from our team's Cambridge Astrophysics PhD. We want someone with rock-solid application engineering principles first — we're deliberately guarding against AI-wash, and you'll be the judgment call on where AI genuinely belongs.

What you'll work on
- Cross-project platform architecture across video, broadcast, e-commerce, and 3D — spanning multiple platforms, apps, and companies
- Multi-tenant,



multi-company system design (isolation, configuration, scaling)
- Multilingual architecture — content, subtitles, dubbing, and metadata across languages
- Video, broadcast & multi-modal data pipelines (video, event data, skeletal/pose tracking, 3D mesh), chronologically synced
- Machine vision integration, including productionizing research-grade work
- Downstream consumption architecture — consumer APIs, business APIs, dashboards, agentic workflows, RAG
- Applied AI judgment — where AI belongs, and where it doesn't
- Agent harnesses and AI orchestration
- Multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) with consistent multi-tenant behavior
