e're looking for a Digital Product Owner to join our IT Digital team and drive the delivery of customer-focused features and enhancements across one of Australia's largest eCommerce platforms.

This is a hands-on product role for someone who loves turning ideas into reality. You'll work closely with engineers, designers, stakeholders and business leaders to define product direction, prioritise opportunities,



and deliver features that create measurable customer and commercial value.

You will;
- Own and manage the product backlog for a dedicated development squad delivering enhancements across our eCommerce ecosystem.
- Work closely with engineers, designers and stakeholders to define solutions and deliver features from concept through to release.
- Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria and product requirements that enable efficient delivery.
- Use data, analytics, customer insights and experimentation to drive product decisions and prioritisation.
- Actively leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve product discovery, requirements definition, stakeholder communication, analysis and delivery effectiveness.
- Make informed trade-off decisions, balancing customer value, technical complexity, commercial impact and delivery timelines.
