AnswerSuite is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The adecuado candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This role is responsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails related to healthcare market research program requirements. Support includes participant compliance, incentive inquiries, program training assistance, and general troubleshooting. The associate will resolve issues and respond to questions via phone and email, execute established customer support protocols to deliver a high-quality experience, and test or troubleshoot survey functionality as needed.
