We’re looking for our next
Staff Accountant
. The idóneo candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter, analytical, and ready to make things happen. The goal of this position is to support the accounting team by ensuring complete accuracy in our general ledger activities, maintaining flawless financial records, and driving our month-end and year-end close processes.
What you’ll do
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including customer invoicing.
- Record daily accounting transactions in QuickBooks Online.
- Perform inventory and general ledger reconciliations, researching and resolving discrepancies.
- Support month-end close and maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure inventory and accounting records remain accurate.
What will make you successful in this role
- Advanced English Level is a
must
.
- Basic accounting experience and education.
- A sharp eye for detail and a hands-on attitude.
- Experience with AP, AR,
inventory reconciliations, GL reconciliations, and invoicing.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research issues and identify solutions independently.
- Experience with
QuickBooks Online
and
Fishbowl Inventory
(strongly preferred).
