About the Role
We are looking for an Education Coordinator to join our Training & Education team and help build scalable, effective learning experiences across the organization.
This role owns the coordination and execution of the employee training lifecycle — from onboarding and training needs assessments to learning content, LMS administration, training tracking, and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with department leaders, trainers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs, develop engaging training materials, coordinate onboarding programs, and measure whether training is actually improving employee performance.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, analytical, proactive, and passionate about creating better learning experiences.
What You'll Do
Training Needs Assessment & Learning Strategy
Partner with department leaders to identify skill gaps,



performance opportunities, and training needs.
Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNAs) based on business needs, KPIs, quality findings, performance trends, and operational challenges.
Define learning objectives and success metrics for training initiatives.
Recommend training or learning improvements based on identified department needs.
Monitor training effectiveness and identify when additional coaching, reinforcement, or training is needed.
Onboarding Program Management
Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires across departments.
Build and maintain detailed onboarding schedules covering an employee's first weeks.
Coordinate live training sessions, shadowing activities, meetings, assignments, and assessments.
Schedule meetings and create Google Calendar invitations.
Maintain RingCentral onboarding groups and communicate schedule changes.
