Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the store during shifts, coaching the crew, ensuring quality service and accurate operations. You will drive customer satisfaction, manage inventory, supervise safety and cleanliness, and help meet sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
The role requires a minimum of 1 year retail experience, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 21 years old. Work hours include a 5:30 am start with a rotating 3-week schedule and approximately 45 hours
