About The Opportunity The Microsoft 365 Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and migration of enterprise Microsoft 365 environments for general clients. The *Microsoft 365 Engineer* leads tenant-to-tenant, on-premises, and hybrid migration projects, with particular focus on messaging, identity, and collaboration workloads.

The Microsoft 365 Engineer works closely with project managers, account teams, and client stakeholders to deliver successful migrations, provide technical guidance, and support knowledge transfer throughout the engagement. How You Will Make An Impact The success of the Microsoft 365 Engineer role is measured in the following ways: Design and implementation of migration solutions supporting corporate mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures (tenant-to-tenant, on-premises, and hybrid) Migration of user data and workloads using native Microsoft tools and/or third-party migration platforms, such as Quest On-Demand Migration (ODM), Power Sync Pro, Ave Point Fly,



or similar tools Migration and coexistence support for Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Share Point Online, and One Drive for Business Implementation of hybrid identity and coexistence solutions, including Azure AD Connect (Entra Connect), Federated Trusts, and SSO Design and administration of Active Directory and Entra ID environments in support of migration projects Development and use of Power Shell scripts for migration automation and task automation Configuration and use of tenant-to-tenant migration tools such as Quest On-Demand Migration (ODM), Power Sync Pro, Ave Point or similar platforms, including: Creation of workflows and templates Creation and maintenance of profiles for workstations Alpha testing with a subset of users and workstations, validating that mapping and overrides are working correctly Inventory
