Latin America is one of Payoneer's highest-priority growth regions. We are looking for an exceptional Principal Product Manager to own Payoneer's product strategy for LATAM, the bridge between central Product and the regional go-to-market engine.

Reporting to the Product leadership for the region,



you will be the voice of the LATAM customer inside Product and the single product point-of-contact for the LATAM GTM team. You will translate regional strategy into concrete roadmaps and partner deeply with central Product, Engineering, Banking & Treasury, Compliance, Operations, and GTM to grow Payoneer across the region.

This role is ideal for a senior, hands-on product manager with deep cross-border payments expertise who combines market intuition, data fluency, execution excellence, and the ability to drive outcomes through influence across a complex matrix organization.

What you'll do
- Own LATAM product strategy end-to-end and the regional roadmap, prioritizing across a portfolio of initiatives to deliver the greatest impact for the region.
- Translate ambiguous regional customer, regulatory, and GTM needs into clear requirements, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
