We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid media across Amazon, Walmart, Meta, TikTok, Google, and additional marketplace and retail media channels for a fast-growing clean-label snack brand. You will manage campaigns end to end, optimize for profitability rather than vanity metrics, and work directly with leadership to drive efficient, scalable growth across every channel.

This is not a brand awareness role. We are looking for someone who understands performance marketing at a deep level — contribution margin, TACOS, marketplace algorithms, and how to profitably scale a consumable CPG brand across multiple channels simultaneously. If you are highly analytical, execution-focused, and take genuine ownership of campaign performance and business outcomes, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Work On

Marketplace and Paid Media Management
- Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP
- Manage Walmart Connect campaigns and improve Walmart.com performance
- Launch, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Launch, test, and optimize TikTok Shop and TikTok Ads campaigns
- Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max
- Manage Reddit advertising campaigns and identify relevant community targeting opportunities
- Support Instacart Ads and other retail media initiatives
