We are looking for a
Sr. Accounting Analyst
with solid accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and a proactive mindset, eager to join an international team and contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of our finance function.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial records and accounting transactions.
- Optimize accounting workflows and financial processes, implementing robust internal controls to improve efficiency and data integrity.
- Coordinate internal and external audit procedures, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, internal controls, and corporate governance standards.
- Manage tax reporting, compliance, and statutory filings, working closely with external advisors when required.




- Collaborate in the development, testing, and continuous improvement of the ERP system, ensuring alignment with business and finance needs.
- Partner with Treasury, FP&A;, and operational teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Lead the Accounting team, acting as a key point of reference and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:
- Degree or advanced student in
Accounting
or a related field.
- Minimum of
3 years of experience
in a similar accounting position.
- Advanced or bilingual English (oral and written) – mandatory.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus).
- Previous experience leading or coordinating teams is desirable.
- Knowledge of Power BI and AI tools is a plus.
