For this position, the selected candidate will join CareStacker and work directly with Home Halo, a growing U.S.-based home care franchise organization.

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized
*Training Coordinator*
to help Home Halo develop, organize, and maintain operational and training resources for its franchise network.

A major initial focus will be improving existing manuals, presentations, SOPs, orientation resources, and internal documents, while helping organize the Home Halo Franchise Portal and its training content.

This role is a good fit for someone who has experience turning existing information into clear, professional, and easy-to-use materials. It combines training-content support, document management, visual formatting,



and operational coordination.

This is not an advanced graphic-design position. However, candidates should have professional experience creating or improving presentations, guides, training materials, or other internal resources using Canva, Gamma, Google Slides, PowerPoint, or similar tools.

What you’ll do
- Create, format, and update training materials, manuals, SOPs, presentations, templates, and orientation resources.
- Transform existing information into clear, structured, and visually consistent materials.
- Apply brand guidelines across documents, presentations, and training resources.
- Support the development of state-specific orientation programs and role-based training paths.
- Upload, organize, and maintain content in Trainual or a similar learning platform.
- Organize and maintain the Home Halo Franchise Portal in Google Drive.
