We’re hiring a Head of Operations (COO-level) to own and streamline the internal operations of the business across Finance, HR, and Systems. This is a highly impactful role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves building structure, improving processes, and making teams more efficient. You will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to ensure the business runs smoothly, profitably, and with minimal friction.

What You’ll Own

Financial Operations
- Oversee invoicing, collections, payroll, and contractor payments
- Manage bookkeeper and accountant to ensure accurate reporting
- Oversee the finance team, ensuring all financial operations are conducted efficiently.
- Track revenue, expenses, and profitability trends
- Ensure all financial operations are accurate, on time, and within budget

Payroll
- Manage payroll operations ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Coordinate billing processes using Rippling and manage backend operations related to payroll.

Finance and Invoicing:
- Manage the creation and distribution of invoices.




- Follow up on unpaid invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Handle bookkeeping, tax preparations, and payments to contractors and freelancers.

HR & People Operations
- Oversee HR-related tasks focused primarily on payroll and compliance
- Manage relationships with outsourced HR vendors to ensure effective service delivery.
- Own onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage HR vendors, compliance, and benefits administration
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee operations
- Create structure around HR communication, requests, and priorities
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and handle business establishment across different states.

Systems & Tools
- Own and optimize internal systems (Monday.com, Slack, email, payroll tools)
- Ensure all tools are organized, up-to-date, and accessible
- Improve workflows and eliminate inefficiencies across teams
- Responsible for the onboarding of new
