About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
*Administrative Assistant*
to support Home Halo’s Franchise Operations team.

A major initial focus of the role will be helping organize and maintain the Home Halo Franchise Portal, improve operational documents and training materials, and ensure that information is clear, consistent, professional, and easy to find.

This position combines administrative support, document management, content formatting, and project coordination.



It is a good fit for someone who enjoys bringing structure to information, following up on multiple priorities, and turning existing content into polished, user-friendly materials.

This is not a graphic design position. However, the idóneo candidate should feel comfortable using visual-content tools to improve documents, presentations, guides, and training resources.

What you’ll do
- Organize and maintain the Home Halo Franchise Portal in Google Drive.
- Create and maintain clear folder structures, file-naming conventions, and document-version controls.
- Format and update manuals, policies, SOPs, templates, presentations, and training materials.
- Apply existing brand guidelines to ensure consistency across documents and resources.
- Use Canva, Gamma, Google Slides, or similar tools to create clear and professional materials.
- Support the development and organization of state-specific orientation materials and role-based training paths.
