- Partnering with Recruiters and HR Business Partners to understand role requirements and market dynamics.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date talent pipelines and sourcing activity records in applicant tracking systems.
- Contributing market insights and sourcing best practices to hiring teams and the wider Talent Acquisition function.
Your Profile:
You will bring relevant talent acquisition and recruitment experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in recruiting or talent sourcing,
preferably within life sciences, healthcare, or technical disciplines.
- Strong research and networking skills, with experience using professional platforms and sourcing tools.
- Organised and data-driven, with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities.
- Proactive, resilient, and passionate about connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities.
