Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Execution Support —Work on M&A; transactions, precedent deals, private placements, and fundraising initiatives by preparing financial analyses, transaction summaries, and supporting documentation such as trading comparable multiples.
- Sell-Side Pitch Creation —Develop sell-side pitch materials to support client mandates, highlighting strategic opportunities and value propositions to potential investors and buyers.
- Pitchbook and Presentation Preparation —Prepare slides and assist senior team members in preparing high-quality presentation materials for client meetings, ensuring alignment with client objectives and strategic dialogue.
- Industry and Market Research —Conduct in-depth industry, market, and product research to monitor current events, valuation trends, key financial metrics, and competitive landscapes, providing actionable insights to clients and senior bankers.
- Transaction Execution —Gather financial data, perform detailed analyses, and support the seamless execution of transactions such as M&A; deals, IPOs, private equity settlements,



and other advisory services.
- Business Development Support —Assist senior bankers in business development activities by preparing background materials and identifying potential opportunities for client engagement and pipeline growth.
- Project and Team Support —Assist in project coordination by facilitating communication between clients, advisory teams, and internal stakeholders. Support senior bankers in managing timelines, deliverables, and ensuring high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.

Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting or corporate development.
- Previous exposure to M&A; transactions or relevant internship experience is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:
- Strong financial modeling skills in Excel.
- Proficiency in PowerP
