How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Associate Manager, Regional Accounting & Controllership will be responsible for:
- Controllership Process leader and vendor service supervision to meet and exceed organizational goals.
- Coordinate,
supervise and perform closing ensuring figures are accurate and in compliance with Accounting Policies (US GAAP, IFRS, other Local GAAPs). Also, perform key analysis for accounting treatment for any new business or non-recurring activity or new process.
- Lead complex projects which require decision-making skills and self-initiative.
- Perform Balance Sheet & P&L; review and variance analyses by business to corporate management. Also, by legal entity to minimize fiscal risks and Intercompany modification proposal to achieve that objective (Transfer Pricing).
- Ensure all statutory controllership requirements are fulfilled timely along LATAM region and statutory audits are performed.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Tax and other business teams to support the needs of the business.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement to obtain efficiencies.
