We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. In this role, you will be responsible for screening, qualifying, and documenting potential new matters while delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured intake interviews to gather complete case information (facts, timelines, injuries, damages)
- Screen and evaluate cases using firm-approved criteria and escalation protocols
- Accurately document all client interactions and case details in the case management system
- Identify red flags, conflicts, statute of limitations concerns, and urgent matters
- Schedule consultations and provide warm handoffs to attorneys or senior intake staff
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with prospective clients, including those in distress
- Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with legal and data protection standards
- Meet KPIs related to call handling, accuracy, and responsiveness
- Follow intake workflows, scripts, and compliance procedures
- Participate in training,



coaching, and quality assurance initiatives
- Collaborate with Intake Team, Case Managers, and leadership to ensure smooth case transitions

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in intake, legal support, or similar role
- Experience managing Personal Injury cases
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and emotional intelligence
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM systems, case management software, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Reliable attendance and strong punctuality
