Job Title

Play an integral role in the successful delivery of large, complex EPC/EPCM projects by leading the full lifecycle of project procurement and supply chain activities. You will be responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies that support project objectives while ensuring equipment, materials, and third‑party services are delivered safely, on schedule, and at the best possible value.

Principal Responsibilities
- Lead procurement, logistics, materials management, expediting, and contracts teams. Lead all procurement and supply chain operations for major EPC/EPCM projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget requirements.




- Develop and implement the project Procurement Plan, identifying critical equipment, materials, and third‑party services required for successful project delivery.
- Establish procurement strategies that balance schedule, cost efficiency, quality, and risk management.
- Develop and manage approved vendor lists, ensuring suppliers meet technical, commercial, safety, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and oversee the issuance of Request for Quotation (RFQ) packages and ensure clear technical and commercial documentation.
- Lead the commercial and technical evaluation of vendor bids, providing clear recommendations for supplier selection and contract awards.
- Negotiate major equipment and service contracts to secure favorable commercial and delivery terms.
- Ensure supply chain execution supports project milestones, mitigating risks that could impact project schedule or cost.
