Position Purpose
The Latam Talent Acquisition Operations & Innovation Senior Specialist will support the evolution and operational excellence of Talent Attraction & Acquisition across Latin America by helping implement, maintain, improve, and scale recruiting processes, tools, policies, and operational practices.
This role will act as a key operational and technical member of the Latam Talent Attraction & Acquisition Transformation & Activation team, supporting regional projects, process adoption, tool enablement, training, user support, data analysis, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The position combines strong Talent Acquisition operations knowledge with a hands‑on digital, analytical, and innovation mindset.
It will help translate regional and integral TA² transformation priorities into practical solutions that improve recruiter productivity, process consistency, candidate and hiring manager experience, data quality, and operational efficiency across Latam.
This is an individual contributor role and does not include direct people management responsibilities.
Key Accountabilities
Technology, AI, Automation and Innovation
- Act as a technical and innovation-oriented contributor within the Latam TA² Transformation agenda, helping design, prototype, test, and improve digital solutions that enhance recruiting operations.
- Support the identification and automation of repetitive, manual, or high-volume recruiting activities, using approved technologies and in alignment with EY’s risk, data privacy, information security, and Responsible AI requirements.
