The Global Director of Indigenous and Community Leadership in Conservation at The Nature Conservancy will lead a integral team and advance Indigenous rights and community-led conservation across our programs. This senior role partners with regional and global teams to drive equity, systemic change, and durable outcomes.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of leadership, English fluency, and a track record in coalition-building, fundraising, and influencing senior stakeholders.
