As we prepare to open our first studio in Moreno, Argentina, we’re looking for a hands‑on HR Business Partner to play a key role in building the HR foundation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and knows what it takes to establish HR practices from the ground up. You’ll be the go‑to HR expert for our local operations in São Paulo—working closely with business stakeholders to build strong teams, implement processes, and ensure compliance across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Operations, and the validation of Compensation & Benefits processes.
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
- Thorough knowledge of local labor legislation.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations.
- Excellent knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies.
- Strong strategic mindset and analytical thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build strong business relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work productively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Confident in influencing and negotiating with stakeholders at all levels of seniority, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally as an HRBP or in a mid‑level HR leadership role.
- Experience with payroll and compensation & benefits in a local HR role.
- Deep understanding of local labor legislation and best HR practices.
- Experience across multiple HR disciplines including recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development.
