About the role
Join the Vendor Performance team within the Restaurants division to support regional operations and directly contribute to PedidosYa's commercial expansion. This position is vital for driving strategic initiatives, analyzing data, and generating insights to meet sector objectives. You will help optimize vendor development and retention across Latin America.

What you'll do
- Define, monitor, and execute the regional strategy to enhance vendor development and retention in LATAM.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional projects with local, regional, and global Delivery Hero teams to improve vendor performance on the platform.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools to provide clear and actionable visibility into key business performance indicators.
- Conduct exploratory and specific analyses of vendor performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and critical intervention areas.

Requirements




- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field with a strong analytical foundation.
- Two or more years of experience in business strategy, commercial planning, data analysis, or consulting roles.
- Experience extracting and cleaning data using Big Query, SQL, or similar tools.
- Experience creating reports and dashboards with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication and high-impact presentation abilities.

Nice to have
- Experience working with machine learning models, such as churn prediction models.
