Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Network Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week). Our client is a digital marketing company that offers email marketing, social media marketing, event marketing, and online survey tools to help organizations expand their businesses by fostering stronger customer relationships.

The engineer participates in on‑call rotation hours (paid at x1 rate) once every 7 weeks. The engineer responds to NOC alerts or pages to resolve infrastructure issues during on‑call weeks. If an issue occurs on a weekend or holiday, an engineer has to respond. All escalations, automated or manual, can occur at any time of day.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering in large‑scale enterprise and data center environments.
- Understanding automation with tools like Ansible to provision and configure network infrastructure.
- Extensive experience with the configuration of security appliances like Palo Alto and Juniper.
- Understanding of load balancing technologies, DNS, and SaaS infrastructure.




- Knowledge with cloud platforms like AWS and GCP; understanding of cloud and on‑premises network connectivity.
- Experience with wireless technologies for corporate offices.
- Solid working experience with routing and switching technologies: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS (L2 & L3 VPN), RSVP, LDP, switching technologies (VLAN/trunking, STP, RSTP, VSTP).
- Experience with F5 Firewalls.
- Knowledge of Linux to deploy monitoring tools.
- At least upper intermediate level English.

Nice to Have
- Experience with Python for scripting.
- Experience with Fortinet.
- Vendor certification in routing and switching, firewalls, wireless (JNCIP, JNCIE, CCNP, CCIE, etc.).
- Experience with Juniper products.
- Familiarity with F5 load balancers.
- Familiarity with Terraform.
