Objective
To lead the Project Controls function and multi billion dollar project with responsibilities for the following areas:
- Cost Control
- Scheduling
- Estimating
- Reporting
The role is a managerial one with full project responsibility for the performance of the team, both in the home office and on the construction site. Work with the team in the implementation and roll out of the tools and systems necessary to effectively and proactively manage, control, and report on cost and schedule for the project. Services include planning cost and schedule (work breakdown structure) metrics and tools, collecting performance data (installed quantities, expended labour hours, and other progress measurements for direct hire and subcontract work), tracking data (daily cost compilation and monitoring), analysing (earned value, productivity and risk analyses), and reporting.
