Job Summary
The Program / Project Manager leads customer-facing service delivery programs from pre-sales transition through deployment, commercial acceptance, and operational handoff.



This role blends disciplined project management with program-level ownership across Customer IT, Customer Business Units, partners, Sales, Services, R&D;, Product Management, Operations, and Support.

- Create and manage customer deployment plans, scopes of work, schedules, owners, dependencies, risks, and acceptance milestones.
- Drive customer readiness, set expectations, manage operational delivery activity, and communicate status internally and externally.
- Coordinate internal and external teams, including Customer IT, Customer Business Units, Internal Sales, R&D;, Product Management, Support, Operations, and Services Deployment teams.
- Track critical path, identify risks early, and elevate dependencies, resource conflicts, scope gaps, defects, and customer decisions before dates are missed.
