We are partnering with a U.S.-based technology company building advanced AI systems focused on financial modeling and decision-making.
The goal is to train AI to think like real financial professionals, how models are built, how assumptions are evaluated, and how financial decisions are made in real-world scenarios.
This is a hands‑on role where you will build, review, and improve financial models, while clearly explaining the logic behind them.
What We’re Looking For
We are prioritizing financial professionals with strong modeling experience across areas such as:
- Credit & Risk Modeling
- Corporate Finance / FP&A; (driver‑based models)
- Treasury & Cash Flow Modeling
- SaaS / Pricing & Unit Economics
- Growth / Funnel Economics
- Accounting & Financial Statements (U.S. GAAP)
- Real Estate / Project Finance
Experience in Investment Banking or Valuation is a plus, but not the primary focus.
What You’ll Do
- Build financial models from scratch across different use cases
- Review and validate models developed by others
- Identify inconsistencies, risks, and incorrect assumptions
- Analyze relationships across financial statements and cash flows
- Clearly explain financial logic, assumptions, and decision‑making
- Translate real‑world financial thinking into structured outputs
What Makes a Strong Candidate
- 2–10 years of experience in finance roles with strong modeling exposure
- Proven ability to build models from scratch (not just use templates)
- Strong understanding of how financial decisions are made in practice
- Experience working with real business drivers (not just valuation outputs)
- High attention to detail and analytical rigor
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required)

- Experience with credit underwriting, lending, or risk modeling
