We are seeking a mid‑to‑senior level Family Law Paralegal to join a fully remote team, working directly with the business owner. You will take ownership of cases end‑to‑end, supporting clients through every stage of the process—from documentation and court preparation to client communication. This role is adecuado for a highly independent professional who thrives in a high‑responsibility, client‑facing environment, and is confident managing legal documentation and sensitive client interactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft witness statements, position statements, and supporting legal documentation.
- Prepare court applications across family law matters (Children Act, Family Law Act, Matrimonial Causes Act, TOLATA, etc.).
- Review opposing party statements and supporting evidence.
- Compile, organize, and format court bundles and exhibits to a court‑ready standard.
- Manage cases end‑to‑end, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.
- Conduct client consultations via phone and video calls, providing guidance and reassurance throughout the process.
- Gather and manage client information for case preparation.
- Draft professional client correspondence for use in legal proceedings.
- Manage client onboarding and ensure all required documentation is collected.
- Maintain and update CRM systems as cases progress.
- Support legal research, reporting, and administrative tasks as required.
- Assist with delivery of structured, productised service offerings.
- Maintain accurate timesheet records and track work progress.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a Paralegal, with a strong preference for family law experience.
- Proven ability to manage cases independently from start to finish, with minimal supervision.
- Strong experience drafting legal documents, witness statements, and court applications.
