Responsibilities
- Conducting financial due diligence and analysis for mergers and acquisitions
- Evaluating business performance metrics to assess financial health and growth potential
- Developing financial models to support deal valuations and strategic decision‑making
- Analyzing financial statements to identify trends and potential risks
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to provide insights on financial forecasts and valuations

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Statistics, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Mathematics, Accounting preferred.
