About The Role

The Product Solutions Manager, Marketing & Business Development Technology, owns the product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and lifecycle management for technology products that support the firm's Marketing and Business Development functions. This role serves as the primary product partner to Marketing/BD leadership and Enterprise Technology, ensuring CRM and related platforms are aligned to business priorities, user needs, enterprise architecture, data governance, security standards, and measurable adoption outcomes. The Product Solutions Manager translates stakeholder goals and pain points into product opportunities, business cases, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
