Recruiter – Location: Argentina – Cordoba y Buenos Aires (Presencial)
Position Overview
The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to support the organization’s staffing needs. This role requires a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing and screening experience, preferably within the healthcare industry, who can quickly learn processes, adapt to changing priorities, and effectively manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline. The adecuado candidate is fluent in English, highly organized, and capable of delivering results with minimal ramp‑up time.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through various recruiting channels.
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Support recruitment initiatives, hiring events, and sourcing campaigns.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet hiring goals while maintaining quality standards and recruitment timelines.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience
- 1+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
- English level B2‑C1.
- Strong recruiting background from other industries will also be considered.
Technical Skills
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, databases, and networking.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
