How You Will Make An Impact
- Execute high-quality brick and block installations that are consistently on story, level, plumb, and square.
- Master precision tools and levels to produce clean, professional masonry work that meets or exceeds project specifications.
- Anticipate the logistical needs of the crew to maintain an efficient production flow and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the field operations team to navigate complex architectural plans and structural requirements.
- Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship while working on Hydro-Mobile scaffold systems and diverse commercial job sites.
- Identify and resolve potential installation issues early to ensure the structural integrity and aesthetic finish of the project.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in commercial bricklaying and masonry.
- Proven technical proficiency with levels and the ability to maintain plumb and level work at high production speeds.
- Strong understanding of masonry techniques, materials, and onsite logistics.
- Demonstrated history of reliability, self-motivation, and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
