About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to join our Marketing team.
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role at the center of our growth engine. You will own and scale our integral paid media strategy, directly influencing pipeline and revenue.
You will manage a significant portion of the marketing budget and be accountable for turning that investment into measurable business outcomes. You will partner closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations,



Sales, and leadership to build programs that perform across complex enterprise sales cycles.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accountability, moves comfortably between strategy and execution, and is motivated by delivering results that matter.
What You’ll Own
Own and scale a full-funnel paid media strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and emerging platforms
Manage a substantial budget with clear accountability for pipeline, efficiency, and return on ad spend
Plan, launch, and continuously optimize campaigns that align with our demand generation strategy to drive high-quality pipeline
Partner with Revenue Operations to strengthen attribution, offline conversion tracking, and CRM feedback loops
Collaborate across Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Events, and BDR teams to execute integrated campaigns and ABM programs
Analyze performance, surface insigh
