Role Overview:
As a Guest Experience Representative, you’ll provide live chat support, handle reservations, and ensure guests have seamless experiences. This role involves responding to inquiries, assisting with bookings, and resolving any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.

Schedule:




Includes certain days on the weekend and evening shifts.

Responsibilities:
Assist guests via phone, email, or chat
Manage bookings, verify availability, and process payments
Communicate key details before arrival for a smooth experience
Address concerns, including maintenance requests or complaints
Provide feedback to improve guest experience

Qualifications:
Must speak fluent English and Spanish
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN WITH CRMs
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team player with experience in vacation rentals, hospitality, or travel
