We are seeking a strategic Head of Finance to lead all financial aspects of a growing, multi-entity organization. This role is adecuado for a CFO who thrives in competitive environments, balances strategy with execution, and has a proven ability to drive profitability, scale operations, and support complex growth initiatives including M&A;, capital projects, and international operations.
The CFO will join the executive team—providing insight, structure, and financial discipline while enabling growth.

ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute long-term strategic plans, including growth initiatives, acquisitions, and operational scaling.
Translate business plans into integrated financial models, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs tailored to multi-location and seasonal operations.




Lead enterprise-level financial modeling, scenario analysis, and ROI evaluation to support data-driven decision-making.
Provide scenario analysis and ROI modeling for:
New facility launches
Program and pricing decisions
Marketing spend and customer acquisition
Staffing and capacity planning
Financial Operations & Performance
Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities across multiple entities.
Ensure financial and operational compliance.
Implement proactive cost management and margin improvement initiatives to drive sustained profitability.
Develop dashboards and performance reporting that connect operational KPIs to financial outcomes.
Manage relationships with external investors.
Secure and manage financing for growth initiatives and capital projects.
