Job Summary
We're looking for a highly creative and execution‑focused Social‑First Content Strategist to manage and grow the founder's personal brand across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and email newsletters. This is not a client account management role. You'll work directly with the founder to plan, produce, edit, distribute,



and optimize content that drives audience growth and business visibility. You will own the content engine end‑to‑end, from content calendars and scripting to posting, analytics, and community engagement. If you live and breathe short‑form content, understand founder‑led brands, and know how to turn conversations into engaging social content, this role is for you.

- Repurpose transcripts, calls, podcasts, and videos into engaging social‑first content
- Edit short‑form video content using CapCut, Edits, or similar tools
- Coordinate with freelance editors for long‑form YouTube production
