Makai Labs is seeking a Talent Sourcer on a contract basis to build and deliver qualified candidate pipelines across engineering, AI, QA, DevOps, and product roles. This role is 100% sourcing-focused, with no screening, interviews, or offers.
You will work remotely (offshore-only) as a 1099 independent contractor, handing off recruiter-ready candidates to our team and delivering weekly pipeline targets with minimal day-to-day oversight.
