Key Responsibilities

CLIENT OWNERSHIP & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Act as the trusted workforce advisor for clients, managing relationships with decision-makers and executives.
- Own client retention & contract renewals, ensuring 95%+ retention rate for your accounts.




- Provide data-driven workforce solutions, using market insights and analytics to optimize staffing strategies.
- Proactively engage with clients weekly to anticipate needs before they arise.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to expand Mimak Services market share.
- Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation, prospecting, pitching, to closing contracts.
- Own client retention and contract renewals, aiming for a minimum 95% retention rate for your accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, industry networking).
- Establish Mimak Services as the go-to staffing provider in the staffing industry.

REVENUE GENERATION & ACCOUNT EXPANSION
