Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support (KPI Target):Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, maintaining a strict 2-minute SLA for response times.
- Dispatching & Logistics:Efficiently manage and dispatch service technicians,



optimizing schedules and routes for timely client appointments.
- Data Management:Log service requests, update customer records, and maintain accurate dispatching information across relevant systems in real-time.
- Client Communication:Communicate proactively with clients regarding service status, appointment confirmations, and any potential delays.
- Issue Resolution:Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and brand trust.
- Team Collaboration:Collaborate directly with field teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational alignment.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience:Proven track record in a customer service or dispatching role, specifically within a service-oriented industry (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical).

Communication Skills:Exceptional verbal and written English communication abilities to confidently interact with US-based clients.
