WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Concept, shoot, edit, and produce social‑first content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, static, and emerging formats.
- Develop content ideas that translate brand purpose and product messaging into authentic, platform‑native moments that audiences relate to and want to share.
- Create lo‑fi, high‑impact content using a mix of smartphone, DSLR,



and simple lighting and production setups, prioritising authenticity over polish.
- Storyboard and present content concepts, clearly articulating the creative idea and platform rationale.
- Stay current with social trends, viral formats, platform features, creator culture, and emerging content styles, flagging relevant opportunities to the team and translating them into content ideas.
- Produce reactive and real‑time content that connects the brand to cultural moments and trending conversations while staying true to its voice and values.
- Edit and adapt content across formats and platforms, reimagining a single shoot or asset in multiple ways to maximise reach and relevance (using Premiere Pro, CapCut, and native platform editing tools).
- Collaborate with social media managers to align content with publishing calendars, campaign timelines, and community engagement priorities.
