We are currently seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative based in Buenos Aires, Argentina to support our continued growth across the United States.

Position Overview

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)

Key Duties
- Prospect and engage potential clients across the United States.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns.
- Conduct discovery calls and virtual presentations.
- Identify staffing challenges and propose customized workforce solutions.
- Negotiate service agreements and close new business opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and monitor pipeline activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.
- Provide market feedback and business intelligence to leadership.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, staffing,



recruitment, or related fields.
- Experience working with U.S.based customers is required.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities.
- Highly organized and results-driven.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience
- Education staffing, recruitment, healthcare staffing, or professional services sales.
- CRM platforms and sales automation tools.

Technical Requirements
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps)| Primary Connection: Download speed 25mbps/upload speed 10mbps (Must be DSL/Fiber/Cable) from Major players like Evidente, Telecentro, Movistar.
