Title: Compensation and Benefits Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Oversee administration of the US and Canada benefits programs NCR Voyix offers and provide guidance to our operations team to support employees at all levels on benefits questions.
- Collaborate with Benefits Manager to solve employee benefits issues.
- Administer Canada benefits, health insurance, disability, and retirement plans.
- Assist in hosting benefits meetings for annual enrollment and quarterly benefit webinars.
- Support the planning, administration and communication of annual open enrollment,
and other benefits changes throughout the year.
- Ensure compliance of NCR's US benefit programs with regulations, including HIPAA, COBRA, ACA reporting, benefits NDT, and other national and local regulatory filings, legal disclosures, and benefits notices
- Manage general benefit programs, including mental health and family forming benefits, and support the evolution of our perk and wellness efforts.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- 2+ years of experience working in US benefits (health and welfare, disability, 401K) administration.
- Deep understanding of benefits administration processes- Experience managing projects and programs and documenting processes.
- Ability to research, analyze and propose solutions to problems.
- Experience in Workday (preferred), or other benefits administration system
