About the role:
We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Finance team in Argentina.

In this role, you will support key accounting and financial close activities, working collaboratively within the local Finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

In addition to your core accounting responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to take on a stretch assignment focused on Internal Controls, gaining exposure to internal and external audits, control documentation, process reviews,



and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities:
- Support accounting activities and month-end financial closing processes.
- Perform and review account reconciliations and supporting documentation.
- Support the accounting and recording of financial transactions.
- Participate in internal and external audit activities, preparing information and documentation as required.
- Support the documentation, execution, and monitoring of internal controls and procedures.
- Analyze Finance processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
- Collaborate with Finance team members and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of activities.

2. Required qualifications — MUST:
- University student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or another related field.
- Approximately 2 year of professional experience in Finance, Accounting,
